This website is operated by Conclusive, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Conclusive”). It is an informational site with no public accounts. It includes a demo-request form for people who choose to contact us.
What we collect
On the production site we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page use. Cloudflare also processes standard connection and server data to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers or pixels.
Demo requests
The demo-request form asks for your name, institution, work email, optional role, workflow or handoff, optional timing, and consent to follow-up. The server validates the form, applies spam and rate-limit checks, and sends it to the Conclusive team, with a backup notification to the owner's email. The website does not write form submissions to an application database. The delivered message is held in company email and used to follow up with you.
Do not submit student names, IDs, case records, or other confidential or restricted information. A form submission never issues demo credentials automatically.

If you choose to email us directly at hello@conclusivehq.com, your message and address are stored in our company email and used to correspond with you. Please do not include student records or other confidential or regulated information.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers on this site.
